Standard Postage and packaging to the rest of Europe - £7

Postage and packaging outside of Europe - £10

Free postage and packing for orders over £50

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow between 7-14 working days in the UK, and 7-21 days for outside of the UK.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and Discover cards, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits and subject to the
highest level of security.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store, although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

I don’t live in the UK do you ship overseas?

Yes we do, however there is a small charge for postage and packing.

RETURNS POLICY

There are a number of options in regard to returns: (PLEASE READ OUR RETURNS POLICY!)

If I'm not happy with my item, can i exchange it?

Make an immediate exchange for a different size or colour. As soon as you find that you require an exchange please email us at info@soapboxworld.com . We will email you back letting you know we have received your exchange request. At this point
send us the item. As soon as we receive your item back we'll get your exchange item straight back out to you. All exchanges are subject to a return postage fee.

What about a refund?

Can't find anything you want to exchange for at this point in time? That's fine. Just let us know that you would like a refund and we'll do the rest within 5 working days of receiving your item back.

What is your returns policy?
If you wish to return an item, it must be in a condition that allows it to be re-sold. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item. We reserve the right to withhold
exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is in any condition that we deem renders the item un-saleable. Soap Box Clothing hope that you
will be 100% satisfied with your order, and make every effort to give you the best products and service. However, occasionally things may not be to your liking and you'll need to return something. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date printed on the front of the envelope / packaging. You do not need to contact us for a Returns Number. As long as we are happy with the condition of the product we will
handle the rest.

I just don't want what I have purchased, what can I do?

If the goods are simply unwanted we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking and handling fee on refunds to cover bank transaction charges.

Please note we do not accept returns on clearance items although it is possible to exchange unwanted Clearance items for alternative items of the same value.

What are your 'Distance Selling Regulations'?

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, software or item personalised or made to your
specification. To cancel any item, you can e-mail or write to us within seven working days of the day following delivery of your order being made, quoting your order number.
You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging and must not use them.
Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
We will refund within 30 days of your cancellation. A full refund will be given for items returned to us within this period, items not returned will have the direct cost of retrieving the item(s) deducted from the refund value.
