By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Soap-Box Clothing Ltd you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Soap-Box Clothing Ltd retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an
order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign
products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure
Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and American Express cards. We do not charge for any
item until it is ready to ship.

Pricing and Availability
We actively continue to keep all products shown online available and up to date. However although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot fully guarantee product availability, and may not be available for immediate delivery.
We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices, which appear on this Website are
accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods in which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are
unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Your orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
A signature may be required on receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
In the event of a Royal Mail strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to avoid delays to your delivery.

Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may
be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Size and weight of items other than T-shirts e.g. Heavyweight hoodies or limited edition box sets may mean extra delivery charges apply, we will notify you of any extra charges.
If you still have not received your purchase after 21 days, please notify info@soapboxworld.com you will receive an email from us to confirm status of your order.

Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will
accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Soap-Box Clothing Ltd takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the
system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice.

Returns Policy
You have a 'cooling-off' period of 7 days from receipt of your goods. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply return the item or items to us in their original state and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on
receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.

If items purchased from us have been sent in error, or are damaged or defective, you can return them to us for a refund or replacement and reimbursement of the return postage costs. Please contact us FIRST before returning items for whatever
reason - we can often save you some effort.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that if you wish to return unwanted items we reserve the right to deduct our shipping costs from any refund and that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us by tracked and
